Grand Master Choa Kok Sui is the founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. Known as a true Master of Energies and an enlightened Spiritual Teacher, he was also an example of compassion and loving-kindness, continuously searching to find ways to create change and truly help those who are sick, poor, hungry, or marginalised.
With a large emphasis on service and a deep understanding that ‘it is in giving that we receive’, GMCKS established various charitable trusts and organisations throughout the world in order to make a meaningful impact. Throughout his life, he established projects to feed the hungry and develop campaigns to ensure that no one dies of hunger. He established projects to clothe the rural poor, teach meditation to school students and rehabilitate street children. He established projects to improve the conditions of prisons, teach meditation to the inmates, and work to ensure the release of prisoners who had served more time than the maximum sentence while waiting for trials. He established projects to provide education and vocational assistance to children in rural areas. He provided funds to various spiritual guides or organisations that needed help. He established projects that covered the cost of blood, medicines, and hospital expenses for the poor and sponsored surgeries for those who would otherwise not be able to afford it.
If GMCKS ever heard of or saw anyone in need, he would not hesitate to reach out a hand in assistance. He envisaged a world of healing, peace, compassion, kindness and brotherhood, and worked to be an example of that change throughout his life. It is this example that MCKS Trust Fund works to uphold .
